   Fixed in 33704fe: removed `@DisabledOnOs(OS.WINDOWS)` from the class and 
added it directly above `forceDeleteHandlesReadOnlyFile` (the only test that 
calls `Files.setPosixFilePermissions`). The other six tests are now OS-agnostic 
and will run on Windows.

   Fixed in 33704fe: renamed to `forceDeleteHandlesReadOnlyFile` per the 
suggestion. Updated the Javadoc to clarify that the test exercises first-pass 
`tryDeleteOnce` force logic (i.e., `setWritable` + immediate retry), and that 
the second-pass batch-retry sleep loop is not reached in this scenario.
