Fixes #10506. Read extension descriptors from `maven.ext.class.path` and include their package and artifact exports in both CLI implementations. Reuse existing descriptor handling while preserving classloader isolation and duplicate-extension precedence. **Tests:** Regression tests fail before the fix and pass afterward. Coverage includes JARs, directories, optional descriptors, package visibility, and artifact filtering.
