The documentation for the "resource" / "targetPath" element in pom.xml here
(http://maven.apache.org/ref/current/maven-model/maven.html#class_resource) is
a little unclear about the location being relative to the target/classes
directory.
Specifically, I suggest adding: "The path is relative to the target/classes
directory (${project.build.outputDirectory})."
