With this patch, the plugin uses the new pmd:pmd-jdk14 artifact I created
yesterday so that the plugin works with jdk 1.4.
If pmd-jdk14 and the retroweaver--rt 2.0.2 are installed, everything works with
jdk1.4+. As the jaxen 1.1.1 is specified in pmd-jdk14, the pom file here can be
cleaned up too.
