Some changes need to be made on this page:

The Sample Generated Addin file should be updated to show the new location of
the dll files in the 'gac' directory (they are no longer in the default Maven
local repository.)
Under 'Debugging' it should explain that the c:\tmp directory must exist before
using the suggested 'devenv...' command, or that you should use an existing
directory. I found that if the directory did not exist, no log file would be
created.
