I had to comment out the Cobertura plugin in the reporting section of the
parent pom in order to get the site to build.
It was complaining about a missing cobertura.ser file in
archiva-signature-consumers and archiva-applet.
Needs to be investigated and re-enabled, preferably with results aggregated at
the top level.
