For your use case the only solutions I am aware of are - upload the javadoc and source jars with the REST API of Nexus rather than via Maven or - manually copy the files into the repository in the filesystem on the server or - deleting the existing artifact and uploading all at once properly -- This is an automated message from the Apache Git Service.
