Proposition (one or all):
- ASF allow access to gravatar.com - no problem for ASF project, but other
site can introduce similar restrictiions
- we proviade a configurable URL for picture provider - maybe we can proxy
gravatar.com in site namespace?
- save image during project build in project resources
