### Improvement proposal - I'm not sure if I should report this here, as I have been unable to determine in which ASF JIRA module Maven Site issues should be reported for 2 years. - From my perspective, the content of https://maven.apache.org/repository/guide-central-repository-upload.html is outdated. I am referring to the explanation around `Open Source Software Repository Hosting (OSSRH)`. -  - According to https://central.sonatype.org/publish/publish-portal-maven/#wait-for-publishing , everyone is no longer allowed to register new `OSSRH` accounts. New developers must register an account at https://central.sonatype.com/ and use the Maven Plugin of `org.sonatype.central:central-publishing-maven-plugin` directly to upload artifacts. - Perhaps the documentation could be updated appropriately, or the third-party links could be referenced directly from Maven Central. -- This is an automated message from the Apache Git Service.
