The {{MavenBaseLogger}} is a clone of the slf4j simple logger.
However, it slightly differs, so I think we should further own it and change
the configuration bits to primarily support {{maven.logging.*}} properties and
fallback to old {{org.slf4j.simpleLogger.*}} with a warning.
