So, all in all, yes, jib plugin suffers from cleanup, but due PLANNED cleanup,
where separation of properties are happening properly. The original bug "maven
user properties are not pushed to Java System properties" is wrong, as
reproducer shows, they are pushed. But, it is jib plugin, that is looking in
wrong places.
