Actually those shared download templates should be part of the according parent
POMs. I therefore opened https://github.com/apache/maven-parent/issues/216 to
track that. We just need to maintain Maven properties for the dist subfolder
below https://dist.apache.org/repos/dist/release/maven/. The actual filename is
hopefully always equal to {{${project.build.finalName}}} plus the extension.
