Description:
{{ConfigurationProcessor}} is a hack to allow altering of {{settings.xml},
while the code does very same thing as for example Toolchains setup does (in
MavenCLI). This leads to a lot of complication and duplication.
The IT MNG-5774 will be limited to "before Maven4".
In CLIng this will be done differently.
