While wondering which types to fill in as action type I stumbled upon
https://maven.apache.org/plugins/maven-changes-plugin/xsd/changes-1.0.0.xsd
and realized that there are typos:
It should be "functionality" instead of "functionnality"
As I was unable to spot the file in the repo of maven-changes-plugin I thought
creating a bugticket might be an easier way to get those trivial fixes into the
XSD.
