Fix For: 3.3.1
Mostly to get rid of majority of plugin warnings, as many plugins got updates.
As a sidenote, downgrade from plexus 2.1.1 to 2.1.0 as 2.1.1 is known to be
broken (is NOT affecting checkstyle build, but just to be on safe side)
