[~slachiewicz] [~elharo] please review the draft git2svn content MASFRES-20
if we agree, we can push that content to ASF Gitbox and update the content to
do a global release of all resources (instead of previous per-resource release
with svn)
and of course, the parent POM would move to that Git repo
