Roaming may be synced to a network location for Windows users on a domain, and
when you are connected to that domain via a VPN on a relatively slow
connection, that slow sync will cause all kinds of problems. Besides, Roaming
is not the place to store a local repository cache anyway. Please do not
default to Roaming for this.
