[~michael-o] I looked again, and I do agree that the test is somewhat broken as
using {{cli}} as a version is wrong and can cause the NumberFormatException in
the test. Whether MNG-3746 is broken or not, I tend to agree too, as it is
easier to just rename the property, but there might some valid use case, not
sure.
However, the question raised by this issue was more whether the tests should be
isolated or not. If the current state (i.e. not isolated from the user's
settings.xml) is fine, I'll just close the issue. If not, I'm willing to
provide a patch.
