The [https://maven.apache.org/] page currently shows red banner on top. The
banner says: "Project _maven_ is retired. See maven's [attic page
|https://attic.apache.org/projects/maven.html]."
If maven was really retired, then the link in "attic page" is broken. There
does not seem to be any mention of maven in apache attic. If the project is not
retired, the banner should not be there.
