Regarding the NonConcurrentRunListener. My solution broke several tests in
non-obvious ways. I'd need to invest some time in creating a proper minimal
reproducer and report it as a separate issue. However the
NonConcurrentRunListener works as expected which is good enough for me right
now.
I've setup the integration tests to run against cucumber:2.0.0-SNAPSHOT. So you
can go ahead and merge it.
