Wikiwords and anchors should be treated differently according to the
documentation: (http://twiki.org/cgi-bin/view/TWiki04x01/TextFormattingRules)
I don't know the codebase, but if resolveLink() is used for both, then a
condition would be necessary:
if (wikiWord.startsWith("#")) {
return wikiWord;
}
else
{
return "./" + wikiWord + ".html";
}
