Thank you for your quick response Manfred.

I guess the issue is a little different, however, it is confusing as to why it 
is attempting to deploy the same file twice, it would make my life so much 
easier if it didn't so that I could deploy all sources JARs for a large multi 
module project in an automated way.

Manually copying the files was my next option, but something I really wanted to 
avoid.
