Hello,
according to this thread here:
https://github.com/asciidoctor/asciidoctor-maven-plugin/issues/125
people are requesting to allow multiple extensions (*.adoc and *.asciidoc) for
the doxia renderer.
I've done also a pull request to address this issue:
