Put all dependencies under eclipse container

When a project is created using "mvn eclipse:eclipse" it usually includes many
depedencies, all listed in a long list that takes a good portion of the screen
(especially if there are several projects simultaneously, as it is usually the
case).
Is it possible to group them all under a container, like teh m2eclipse plugin
does?
