This is a bug with idea for the 5.x series. It's fixed in the new version of 
idea not yet released as per http://www.jetbrains.net/jira/browse/IDEADEV-4966. 
And this is a bug specific with module named libraries.

you can use project-level libraries or unnamed module libraries instead.
