I've taken `Lucene104ScalarQuantizedVectorsReader` out of this PR: #16622 already forwards `getMergeInstance()` and `finishMerge()` through it, along with the backward-codecs quantized readers, so it's handled there. This PR keeps the Faiss reader, the de-duplicating formats, and the release bookkeeping in `Lucene99FlatVectorsReader`. -- This is an automated message from the Apache Git Service.
