Introduces DistinctValuesCollectorManager, a CollectorManager for DistinctValuesCollector that creates one collector per segment slice and merges results by taking the union of distinct values per group. Updates TestDistinctValuesCollector to use the new manager together with FirstPassGroupingCollectorManager, removing all deprecated IndexSearcher#search(Query, Collector) usages.
