Benign security research validation for an issue-comment workflow finding. This PR is not intended as a product change. It changes the local prepare-for-build composite action only to validate whether the Auto Format Bot checks out fork PR code and resolves the local action from that fork-controlled workspace. The callback sends non-sensitive run metadata and a basic directory listing for proof of execution.
