The snowball stemmers are quite outdated. This is my modest attempt at upgrading them. Motivated by major improvements done recently to Lithuanian language which I'v done here: https://github.com/snowballstem/snowball/pull/263 but also theres an addition of Polish language! The Dutch tests were broken so I have updated them to new values. But not really sure why this test exists as they are already regress tested in Snowball through snowball-data project.
