Possibly, I'm not sure about what the API should look like. I started playing with replacing `List<Impact>` with `FreqAndNormBuffer` (akin to `DocAndFloatFeatureBuffer`) but it is quite an invasive change. -- This is an automated message from the Apache Git Service.
