Also, I'm wondering whether we can change the protocal of `nextPostings` , so that if the `buffer` have a non-zero size, means we are doing filtering, otherwise we are just polling the posting to the buffer, and we don't need another new api? just think out loud -- This is an automated message from the Apache Git Service.
