I think it is useful when calling `PriorityQueue#pop` to fetch topN, just
like a `Collection`, e.g. `Stack`, `ArrayList`, etc.
Although `PriorityQueue` is not a `Collection`, and we can do this by
judging `PriorityQueue#size`.
