### Description Issue: When attempting to run the Luke tool using "luke.cmd", the following error message is given: Error: Could not create the Java Virtual Machine. Error: A fatal exception has occurred. Program will exit. Reproduction: 1. Download the latest version of Lucene, either 10.x or 9.x 2. Extract the contents and navigate to the bin folder 3. Attempt to run Luke via the "luke.cmd" script So far, I have tried increasing the Java heap size, upgrading to the latest version of Java, and running the "javaw" command generated by the script manually, all produce the same issue. ### Version and environment details OS: Windows 11 24H2 Java: java version "1.8.0_431" Java(TM) SE Runtime Environment (build 1.8.0_431-b10) Java HotSpot(TM) 64-Bit Server VM (build 25.431-b10, mixed mode) -- This is an automated message from the Apache Git Service.
