@jpountz I would really like to get this in before we start using intra-merge parallelism any further. We reverted all parallelism in 9.11. This adjusts the parallelism as I am pretty sure main & 9x are still broken in how they handle intra merge concurrency (not handling index sorting, etc.) I think we should merge this and backport to 9.12. If we don't want to back port to 9.12, we should revert the intra merge parallelism there like was done in 9.11. -- This is an automated message from the Apache Git Service.
