   Yes, This optimization only affects non-zero level acc.
   I measured the called count with TestTermScore.testRandomTopDocs (numDocs = 
TEST_NIGHTLY):
   Method | count 
   -- | -- 
   copy zero level (bufferSkip) | 1270
   copy non zero (writeSkipData) | 214
   addAll (writeSkipData) | 1196
