Here's how JMH copies runner VM's input arguments -
```
jvmArgs.addAll(options.getJvmArgs()
.orElseGet(() -> benchmark.getJvmArgs()
.orElseGet(() ->
ManagementFactory.getRuntimeMXBean().getInputArguments())
));
```
You're right that it's kind of vague what that bean actually returns. In
this case though, it works.
