I think we can use `ByteBlockPool` to store the `byte[]` slices, just appending a new `byte[]` slice when we store a new suffix. We never delete individual suffixes, but rather discard the entire "secondary" hash map in the double barrel cache, so we could just drop/recycle the `ByteBlockPool` at that point too. -- This is an automated message from the Apache Git Service.
