### Description `KnnGraphTester` is a good utility for creating a vector index, running searches, and then giving results. Consequently, it can be used for benchmarking and assessing recall quality vs. brute-force nearest-neighbors. However, right now, it lives within `test` in Lucene. This seems non-optimal. A natural place could be that we move this utility class into [luceneutil](https://github.com/mikemccand/luceneutil). I know @jpountz has mentioned this to me in passing before.
