This is the first commit of a much larger refactor. The overall goal is to separate the concerns of byte vectors and float vectors. Making their usage and APIs clearer for users. This first step adds a new `KnnByteVectorQuery` and only allows it to be used against fields that have the `BYTE` encoding.
