I guess that the main downside of this approach is that the terms lookups are the bottleneck of a `TermInSetQuery` when the included terms have low docFreqs. So moving the cost to `scorerSupplier` would kill the benefits of using an `IndexOrDocValuesQuery`? -- This is an automated message from the Apache Git Service.
