This refines label texts as suggested in #53.
1. Rename `component:module/xyz` to `module:xyz`
2. Rename `fixVersion:x.x.x` to `fix-version:x.x.x`
3. Rename `affectsVersion:x.x.x` to `affects-version:x.x.x`
4. Remove `type:new_feature`, then map `New Feature` Issue Type to
`type:enhancement`
- I would reduce supported issue types instead of having
`type:new-feature`.
