Review Comment: Yeah I guess that's possible, right now we have a single `EPOCH` to represent the version of taxonomy index. And `EPOCH` is increased only when the taxonomy index was recreated. I think we might be able to further define `VERSION` and it will be increased at each commit, and reset to 0 when `EPOCH` is bumped.
