I'm not sure about BaseSpatialTestCase, but these methods account for 80% of
the slowest tests:
* BaseRangeFieldQueryTestCase.testRandomBig()
* BaseGeoPointTestCase.testRandomBig()
* BaseXYPointTestCase.testRandomBig()
Fixing these three java methods would translate into hours of saved cpu time in
jenkins run / smoketest run.
