I wonder why it is broken. Because you can use getResourceAsStream in module
mode.
The only reason I see is that it is caller sensitive. In that case the fix is
to use getResourceAsStream in the above method and pass the inputstream to the
method.
getResourceAsStream () is fine if you load resources from same package.
