One thing I'm curious about is what are the queries that end up matching
contiguous ranges of doc IDs?
Am I right to assume that index sorting is involved somehow?
Maybe the queries we're talking about are so cheap (like
{{IndexSortSortedNumericDocValuesRangeQuery}}) that they should actually never
make it to the query cache?
