Unlike {{DefaultBulkScorer}}, {{DrillSidewaysScorer}} doesn't utilize the
collective iterator capabilities that {{LeafCollector}} instances can
optionally expose. We should see an improvement by intersecting with a
competitive iterator in DSS.
