 * how the {{org.apache.lucene.util.VerifyTestClassNamingConvention}} could be 
used also with {{org.apache.solr}} packages.
 * shows how different localised existing test naming conventions could be 
maintained temporarily whilst we figure out here what convention or conventions 
we want overall for Solr permanently.
 * shows how incremental standardisation could work i.e. when a particular 
{{org.apache.solr.aaa.bbb.ccc}} package's tests are standardised a matching 
{{VerifyTestClassNamingConvention}} rule can be added.
