As mentioned when the repo moved to apache/lucene-solr-operator, the final resting stop is apache/solr-operator. Now that [Solr is an official Apache top level project](https://solr.apache.org/news.html#apache-solr-becomes-an-apache-tlp), we can finally make the move. The big issue lies in the helm chart, which is currently hosted at https://apache.github.io/lucene-solr-operator/charts. We will need to move this to a stable location that allows people to migrate on their own time. Now that Solr has its own site (https://solr.apache.org), we can likely host is at https://solr.apache.org/charts. That way we can keep both the old location and the new location live for a week or so and let people migrate on their own time. Then we can go ahead and migrate the repository (breaking the old helm chart link).
