This will also be useful for hosting the Solr Helm Charts, since we will
hopefully be hosting those via the website. They should be small enough to
store in the solr-site repo, but we can use the same solution as we choose for
javadoc and refguide. I'm up for either. We can also start with solr-site, and
move them to the javadoc and refGuide location once we solidify those two.
