It would be a nice improvement for the release wizard to source Apache
credentials and the signing key passphrase from a local file, say
`~/.lucene-release-wizard-input` or similar.
This should be optional but use it instead of prompting the release manager for
these credentials multiple times. The wizard should add a reminder step at the
beginning to create this file and at end of the process to delete this file.
